The problem: making a manufacturing partnership story matter more than engineers. The work: I interviewed both the Point Designs team and the prosthetic recipient, co-wrote the piece, and served as its editor. The result weaves a business narrative, scaling production and reaching launch in six months, with a human one: an end user back to most of the activities he pursued before his accident. Business value and lived experience are carried in one coherent story, which is the combination every B2B2C health company must master.
